KP & ME
Started in 2012 after a Lawnmower! Broke down, the two primary songwriters of that group began KP & ME. The three-piece carries influences that stretch from the streets of Motown, to Juke Joints of Mississippi, to the boards of the West Coast. Kirsten Peckham leads this outfit with a voice that could shatter glass to sleep peacefully. Accompanied with Alex Molica’s stomp percussion/ screaming guitar, and the steady rhythm of a train on bass, Jared Coyle. This is KP & ME.

Doodlehound - "Sex Cells"
Sex Cells is flangy and relentless yet catchy and good ol' dirty fun! The lo-fi punk batterings are balanced by catchy songwriting and (at times) soulful singing hidden within. In the context of the music I dig the raw recording of it as a whole, emulating the dive bar sound.
Razorcake - “EP”
"KP & Me plays very light, kind of creepy pop songs with dual male/female vocals and keyboard. Formed from the ashes of the better known band Lawnmower!, this is not just some forced-onto-the-audience experiment, but is instead an intricate, interesting set of bizarre songs for anyone into music with a bit of a fear factor. Don’t be scared, though. The only thing to avoid is avoidance."
